i need help with mail

i made this simple script

are you on a free server? if so, do they suppor the mail function.

sometimes mail isn't instant on shared servers.

are you sending it to the correct email? (check spelling)

nope you need something like your internet provider to give you a email tha tyou can set up wiht outlook or something like that.. them you need to put the email in your php.ini
