Hi, im trying to code a if statement with the like expression what im trying to do is log everyone who accesses teh db_config.php script that i have, so i managed to do that normally without any if statements but the trouble was when ever anyone accessed index.php due to the db_config.php script was being called as a include it logged everyone who accessed the index.php script aswell,

 

So im trying to make a if statement so it only does this if they access only the db_config.php

 

so i tried coding this

 

if($_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME'] LIKE "db_config.php") {

 

 

Without no luck can anyone lender any assistance please?

that probably becuase there is no such script as db_config.php

 

$_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME']; reads the directory from the root folder down..

so in your script echo out  $_SERVER['SCRIPT_NAME']; see where is located and then use that script.
