Aljade Posted March 27, 2006 Share Posted March 27, 2006 How would I make a link submit a form(with GET method) but also add a value (ex: &value=test)?I hope that makes sense, thanks! wildteen88 Posted March 29, 2006 Share Posted March 29, 2006 Setup your form like so:
<form name="formName" a.ction="fileName.php" method="get"><input type="text" name="someText"><br /><!-- READ THIS and delete after - setup our value=test variable --><input type="hidden" name="value" value="test" /></form>
Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/5903-pass-variable/#findComment-21984 Share on other sites More sharing options...
Aljade Posted March 30, 2006 Author Share Posted March 30, 2006 Oh yeah, thanks!!But I have another question.Ok, I am making a form where the user can add/remove "Jobs" which is basically a row of a table. But what I want to do is have another button/link that lets them add "Rooms" to the jobs(room will be selected with a drop down menu). I need the user to be able to add multiple rooms to each job and have the system save the information(in the "GET" I mean) entered for each room. How might I go about doing this?
