jcombs_31 Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 I have a treo 700 running windows mobile 5 and for the life of me I can't figure out how to format the memory card. I've had problems for a while trying to sync music and I want format the card. I used to have a camera that used the same memory card and could format it from there, but I'm clueless as to how to do this without it. Anyone know? If its anything like the Treo 650, you go to the programs, select 'Card Info' and in the drop-down menu is 'Format Card'. Hope that helps. I work in a place that build cell phone accessories and I couldn't get a single person to tell me if there is an internal function to do that. Talk about ironic! I found in the manual that a card reader is required to plug into your computer.I can't believe microsoft didn't make it so you can format the card.
