In particular, I was asked to create a reply button at the end of each question so that when users click the reply button, it will automatically drop down a form (instead of linking to another page) that allows them to type in their response and click the submit button. The information is supposed to be sent through email. My question is how to code it in PHP so that I can create a drop-down form when the button is clicked. Thanks.
