Online Admin

Hi guys im new here i looked all over the wbe and found this forum. I hope someone can help me out.

 

I'm looking for a online admin panel.. Once i design the website i want my client to be able to go online and edit certain areas of the website themself, add pictures/remove pictures , add text and all that..

 

I can't find anything on the internet and i was wondering if someone could give me a link or an idea where i could find one free or to purchase i don't care as long as i can find what i need..

Its not quite that simple. Usually as a PHP developer, you would build the admin panel as part of the site.

 

Is this site dynamically generated from data within a database?

i'm juts a designer. But now i have a client who is a real estate agent and he will need to update the website on regular basis and i don't have the time to upodate the website everyday and charge him. So i thought there would be maybe a easy solution for this but i guess it's way more complicated than that.

You should look into Content Managment Systems (CMS). Joomla, Seditio, Mambo, Drupal to name some of the most commonly known.

when you make a login page you normally assign the username variable like $username. Simply for admin make a piece lke

 

if ($username == admin){

//Administrator stuff!!!

}

else die 'You Are Not An Administrator!!!';
