bilis_money Posted August 17, 2007 Share Posted August 17, 2007 hi, I have noticed that there is a built in function in php called OPENSSL the link is http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.openssl.php my question now do this function has the power to create an SSL certificate? just like the commercial does? or has someone of you already experience using this before, can you share your ideas for this? i'm really very curious. gerkintrigg Posted August 17, 2007 Share Posted August 17, 2007 I can't imagine that openSSL can create a certificate, otherwise wise hackers'd use it to force entry to an SSL connection elsewhere. Does it implicitly state on that page that you can make SSL certificates with it? If not, it doesn't.
