My question is, can I use visa/master cards issued from my country to verify my paypal account? I heard visa/master cards can be used worldwide, so technically a card issued in my country can be used while im abroad. Is it true? last question, is visa debit card has the same worldwide acceptance as visa credit card? If it accepts your card then it works, if it doesn't, well... then you can't use your card.
