I set my website in IIS to use Annomynous User which prevent a log on dialog box appearing asking for NT log on when I go to my website.

But this has had another affect on mssql_connect() in my php code. Ive correctly used mssql_connect(). I know this because when I uncheck Annomynous User in IIS mssql_connect() perfectly connects to my SQL Server database. But as soon as Annomynous User is checked mssql_connect() is unable to coonect to my SQL Server database and tries to use the Annomynous User account.

There's definitely nothing wrong with my php code, in php.ini  mssql.secure_connection = On which should be correct. Oh I'm using Windows 2003 server if thats important.

So I think there is something wrong with IIS, or Local Policies, or something.

If anyone can help on this I would be very grateful.

Regards

Steve
