I'm doing this Login page everything work till i include the "mysql_connect("localhost","root@localhost", "") or die("Failure to communicate with database!!!");" as far as i can see. this is the area where the error happen. but i'm not sure whats the error is about. liebs19 Posted September 12, 2007 Share Posted September 12, 2007 Try this: mysql_connect("localhost","root", "") or die(mysql_error()); I don't think that @localhost is needed and the mysql_error() will tell you exactly what the error is if it fails. I'm still confuse on why the mysql_connect is undefined function... help please?
