Help PLEASE! Trying to connect to MySQL server using navicat, get SSH error.

I just set up my site on GoDaddy and I am trying to connect to the MySQL on my site through navicat software. I know my host name but I only get a general error that says, "SSH connection error. Timeout." Basically, I don't want to have to reenter my already set up database. I want to be able to copy it onto the server. So if you have any other way to do this, that would be great.

Yes, I understand, have you been able to connect without ssh?
