Once you get the people from step one to visit your site, how do you get a better chance for them to sign up and become a member? 3. Once the user is a member, how do you keep them as an active member? Think of this as for every website in general, not just mine, or not just yours. Offer something people want (if you find something people can use to make life much easier, then you're laughing). Give a lot more benefits to members, and give more benefits to members who are more active/have been there longer. There are so many websites out there, it's likely some of them are offering the same thing as you. What makes your website different? Why would someone want to come to your website rather than another? If you don't have answers to those questions, then you wont get vary far.
