mysql delete problem

with the above delete code, when  i delete a record...which this record is the middle of the a group of record, then deleted row in the table become "Blank" which the bellow row/record wont fill in, after that i store another record, then it stored in the middle of the table(the deleted record's row/position), wat i wan is the new record appear in the last row of the table,

anyone know how to solve it?

If you're talking about the UID, then there is nothing to solve.  Leave the UID to the database, and sort your results by something meaningful.

mysql wont also organize by move all the bellow record one step to the upper?

The "middle" doesn't exist.

Then add an appropriate order by clause.
