Swap nodes

Hi to all,

 

I have two xml documents loaded docA and docB.

 

I would like to move the first element of docB to docA, is this possible without creating an element in docA and retrieving all the needed info?

 

Sort of like a copy paste?

yeah, read it by lines, and you have an array called say $lines = explode("\n",$file);

then simply use array tools to replace the rows you want with the rows you want and rewrite the file.

 

This sounds generic, but just look at fopen/fwrite tutorials, don't let the idea of it being an xml doc make you treat it any differently than a .txt file
