I was wondering whether there's an easy way to import an outlook / outlook express address book into a database using PHP. I'm not keen on the idea of manually exporting them as a CSV file because the people that I'm doing this for are probably not going to be clever enough to work it out I've had a good rummage through the web and can't find anything that will import outlook files into a CSV form where I can start writing the variables to the database.
