multi page reports

I have a report which is basically the size of an A4 sheet, with 11 columns across the page.

For most cases, this is sufficient, but in some cases, the data will span more than 11 columns and could go to 2 or even 3 pages.

The report is fixed, so I need to work with that....

my thoughts were that where there are more than 11 records for a particular job which the report is being done for, i would limit the selection to those 11, and provide a "next" link which would reload the page with the next 11.

This shouldn't be too much of an issue, but I was wondering how to get the document to print as a whole, and not just the page currently being viewed?

Thanks!
