DanDigital
Hi, I am trying to update a database field with session data inside a class function and although I can write test data I only get 'Object' showing up in the db when I try to add the session variable. I am using the following code; $lightsesh = $_SESSION['lightbox']; $update = "UPDATE #__user SET lightbox='$lightsesh' WHERE id='63' LIMIT 1"; $database->setQuery($update); $database->query(); Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks, Dan Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/78069-how-to-save-session-variable-to-db/ Share on other sites
