d_barszczak
Hi all, I have a table that has 4 columns. tag, title, teamID, order test, Test Page, 3, 1 The teamID is a number that relates to a teams table which consists of. id, team 3, Team 3 What i would like to do is run a query that shows me the team name not the team id in the first table. Is this possible.
rajivgonsalves
it would be something like this select t1.tag,t1.title,t2.team,t1.order from table1 t1, table2 t2 where t1.teamID=t2.id where table1 is the name of your table with 4 columns and table2 is the name of the table with 2 columns hope its helpful
fenway
I'd prefer to see: select t1.tag ,t1.title ,t2.team ,t1.order from table1 t1 join table2 t2 on t1.teamID=t2.id
