michaellunsford
I'm using an ftp program, but I don't always trust what it's telling me (like there are multiple files in a directory with the same name). So, I routinely use command line ftp to see what's really going on. Well, a recent challenge is the "ls" and "dir" commands just sit there on one particular server. I've tried active and passive mode with no results. The ftp program doesn't seem to have a problem getting a listing though. Any ideas?
