acidglitter
In one of my classes at school I need to install PHP and MySQL on a computer running Windows XP before I can finish the class... Everything was perfect except for php sessions wouldn't work.. And so I had to uninstall everything and reinstall it two more times and something would go wrong each time. So I tried doing it all over again on a new computer but it says neither program is working on it..... UGH does anyone have any advice or ideas? How did you know PHP sessions wasn't working? Need more info in order to help you. acidglitter
I was installing it manually and I guess windows doesn't really like PHP. And I tried testing the sessions to see if they would keep information and they wouldn't... BUT my friend gave me this XAMP thing that installed it all itself and now its working perfectly. But thanks for trying to help. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/82216-solved-so-many-problems/#findComment-431337 Share on other sites
