Ok i have looked on the site for this and all over the place with no luck.

Is their any way to get the page URL that is displayed in the browser. what im trying to do is i have a Log in a MYSQL database, when someone posts a comment i have it log the name of the user, the page name that i have set for it and the ID of the comment. i want to also put the link in the log. such as

complete.php?song=5

thats whats shown in the address bar. is this possible or do i have to rewrite code and manually put it in their?

function selfURL() {
 $s = empty($_SERVER["HTTPS"]) ? ''
  : ($_SERVER["HTTPS"] == "on") ? "s"
  : "";
 $protocol = strleft(strtolower($_SERVER["SERVER_PROTOCOL"]), "/").$s;
 $port = ($_SERVER["SERVER_PORT"] == "80") ? ""
  : (":".$_SERVER["SERVER_PORT"]);
 return $protocol."://".$_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'].$port.$_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'];
}
function strleft($s1, $s2) {
 return substr($s1, 0, strpos($s1, $s2));
}
