There is very little literature on the subject, especially from a PHP point of view. The only articles that I could find on it have to do with securing of APACHE, and not much else. My understanding is that it is a PHP vulnerability as well, and can be prevented when things are coded in a certain manner. Am I wrong? Where can I find some info?
