psquillace
I just started using TextMate over the summer and kind of like the way it handles php...however, I am not totally convinced that this is the one to use for php. does anyone else use this editor and like it 100%, can they tell me why? thanks Paul
Liquid Fire
just because someone else like an editor 100%, does not mean it is going to be right for you. Some people I know love Dreamweaver for PHP, but I think it is horrible. Personally I use PhpED.
revraz
I only use editors that have FTP clients built in.
tomfmason
TextMate is a great editor! I wish that they made versions for the other main two platforms(*nix and Windows). The good news for Windows users is that there is an equivalent and that is e-texteditor. This is one of the best editors out there imo. It uses the same bundles as TextMate but with minor modifications for the windows platform. I use this editor for css, html, javascript, actionscript, flex(just use xml style syntax highlighting), bash/batch, php, ruby/ROR, python and java. As you can see it covers everything that I need to do and is light weight.
maexus
I use Textmate for all of my development work and lot the work flow in it. I used to use Crimson Editor on Windows
