Web Hosting IP

hmm i was wondering  if i use the cron service,to run scripts at a certain times . can i use my web site ip address for another uses ?

for example if one of the scripts do something in ANOTHER site , what ip address that site would detect ? 

example again , phpfreaks has detect my ip , if i post a thread (If i could) through a script on my website  ,  phpfreaks would detect my  website ip address ?

i hope i could get you what i mean.

 

(the reason i'm asking is some sites (especially currancy sites) do not let one user sign in with 2 different ip addresses. 

i was wondering if i do some actions on that site on my pc , and do some actions with a script on my website ... conflict? so on.. )
