mime problems

I get this error on one of my clients web sites when someone tries to send the form " ask a question "

ok so that got rid of the errors but im not sure why that would effect it. It worked fine until we had switched there site from another server to our server. Do u think that the server change could be related?

 

i am awaiting the test emails i just sent to myself from the page. How long should that take?
