Works in firefox but not in IE.

Ok the website mooreblackett.com/index2.php doesnt work in ie but works in firefox, whats happens is i click on the drop down menu in ie and choose one of the options and whats supposed to happen is a page load to the right and it does in firefox but in ie nothing shows up.

Also the url duplicatates itself so mooreblackett.com/index2.php?hellothere?hellothere

They approached Moore Blackett to help in this task by producing a direct mail new business pack specifically targeted at certain ISP\'s and on-line educators. Moore Blackett packaged an MP3 player (containing a spoken word presentation) and six page uniquely branded Talklets bars leaflet so that each recipient could clearly see how their online service would look if they invested in this technology.
