Hello,

i recently purchased a lattislink 2800a.

i thought it was a switch, but i looked it up and it is called a "workgroup concentrator"...dont really know the difference...

i have been googleing for a good manual or something to show me how to connect to configure it, but cannot find anthing worthwhile.  mostly ebay stuff.  i have a transition networks ethernet 10baseT micro-ceiver+ (as far as i can tell, it connects to the aui port and you connect it to your computer's nic.)

basically i need to know how to telnet to the switch and commands relative to the switch.  any help/links are MUCH appreciated.

i had two years of cisco training in high school...but that was 5 years ago and i dont work in the field, so everything has left my head...

i figured that there were smarter people out there than me...(i'm not too bright, so if there isn't anyone smarter than me we're done for), so i am posting this here...

thanks a lot
