File Upload-With Progress Bar

Does anybody know a tutorial that would show me how to make a file upload module with a progress bar using PHP.

 

I do not want just a pre-made software link. I actually want to learn how to do this. Please if anyone has a tutorial link, post it and I will check it out.

You can do this with Ajax, even though many say that Ajax cannot handle File Upload, this remains false...
