JSHINER
Any suggestions for a good WYSIWYG editor? Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/97519-good-wysiwyg-editor/ Share on other sites
Bladescope
From good old Notepad, I moved on to NoteTab Lite But now i've settled on Notepad++, both free. Notepad++ has been the most useful and powerful editor i've came across, it's open source too. The link is here -> http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm Thats my recommendation. wildteen88
For PHP programming? PHP is not a click and drag language like HTML/CSS is. Most PHP enerated code form WYSIWYG editors is bloated and incredibly complex, especially when it doesn't work. You should code by hand. Also have a read of this thread for a recommended PHP editor Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/97519-good-wysiwyg-editor/#findComment-498961 Share on other sites
JSHINER
Sorry. I meant for use in a website I'm building. I'd never use a WYSIWYG editor to code my PHP Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/97519-good-wysiwyg-editor/#findComment-498962 Share on other sites
