However I currently run a tech support site which I used phpbb with a portal add on to create about 5 or 6 years ago. Since then I have done much meddling in the code of the site and pretty much made a mess of it, until the point where it is un-updatable. So I am now working on a new site look and layout using a different engine myBB (http://www.mybboard.net/) and that is all going well. However what I will need to do soon is to convert the users and posts over from the phpbb format to myBB while making sure all links that have been referenced elsewhere like on google will still work on the myBB site (so as not to lose page ranking). This is above and beyond my skill set so I would like to know how much one of you good folk would charge to do the conversion and ensure old links still work. If what I have asked is not possible then please say... also the only reason I have not said what I would be willing to pay is that I have no idea whats involved.
