Red in WAMP icon?

I have wamp installed on my local Windows XP machine and also on Win2k Server

 

On my machine the little task bar icon is all white unless I have stopped a service, but the one on the Server always has red in it.

How do I find out why? everything seems to be working (PHP & MySQL), but I always have red in the icon and it bugs me!
