I am attempting to implement a system that will track individual hits a business gets and then charge then 10 cents per click. I need to develop a system in which allows a user to preload their account with funds, and as they get clicks the funds are deducted from their running balance. I think I could probably do all this buy hand but does anyone know of a good 3rd party solution that could help me out here? Thanks a bunch.
