I need some help from people who no how do to php, I want to make a website where a user submits a url under a category then it goes to the category page with 20 urls (that others submitted) and is posted there for 5 minutes then new urls people submitted are replaced there. there will be about 30 category that people can post in. please help i dont need no designing just code
