How do I programmatically add noindex tag in above php code when anyone request the robots.txt file on my website Like : $server_request_uri function Or any method I'm not familiar with PHP language, please help me

I'm facing some issue adding noindex header tag to my robots txt file. So, I'm using plugin called rankmath on a website to manage my robots.txt file. I want search engine not to index my robots txt file.
