Title should be at the top of page for the best standards and it will fail w3c if there not but try
<html> <body>Your text ect</body> <head> <title>Your site</title> </head> </html>
It will only work in a few browsers so i'd suggest putting it at the top

I mean like it validates if there is a missing tag what does it matter to be honested if the site works perfect?

It has to be vBulletin, but if you download SMF you can customize it easy, except SMF login script is javascript :P

I don't really use w3c because it picks up every little error and that annoys me

Google will pick up your site after a while if you have these in your Head tags:
<meta name="keywords" content="Keywords, To, Your, Site"> <meta name="description" content="Description of your site goes here this what goes under your link on Google <meta name="author" content="Your Name">
Keywords and Description tags are needed, However the Author tag is'nt, It only sometimes works on some search engines.
Hope it helps

Im about to start learning PHP i know all the basics of HTML and i can read CSS coding but im not good at web site designing ::)
I want to start on big projects one day using PHP like make a big forum or something huge.

Theres going to be a project that we will be working on that will hopefully earn £1000's - £1M's when the site is finished and we are earning is when ill start paying you guys for the work done.

12 PHP Coders - Still need [12]
5 GFX Designers - Still need [5]
2 Template designers - Still need [2]
PHP Coders. Need to know how to fix a error. Code alot of stuff, Login scripts ect.
GFX Designers, Need to be able to make professional looking graphics.
And help improve the colors on the template.
Template designers will need to know XHTML, HTML and CSS. You will have to design the site layout and the colors for the site.

You'd need a good server and try php.. because uploading a 30 second video is like uploading 10,000 Images
