ZEN cart is an off shoot of oscommerce as is creloaded, Magento I looked at recently and I can tell you although has some nice feature it runs very very slow. Osc can handle hundrads of thouands of products, I don't think Magento would. A lot of developers use osc and get used to that because they are a load of contributions to suit almost any need. You can also build your own with a few php skills.

Here's what works for me. First meta tags are not that importent any more so I'm told so what is ? here a list in order of importance; 1. Discover your best keywords 2. Try and get a domain that includes those keywords as close to the front as possible. 3. Have your site title start with those keywords. 4. Try and gain incoming links from sites that also use those keywords. 5. Make sure your front page includes decent content on those keywords. 6. Add external links to high scoring site that use those keywords. 7. Make sure your code is valid, all tags are filled and content is fill formated.

It really depends on what level you will be working at, if it's a simple low traffic store using paypal then OSC is perfect for your needs. But if you can afford something else it's always better to pay and get full support for what you pay for. I've been using OSC, CREloaded and other flavours of the same code for 5 or 6 years now and it's fine by me. If you want someone to hold your hand just PM me, I'm not able to code anything but I've installed and customised it loads of times. Don't go for the latest version (I think it's 3) because the contributions are mainly for version 2.? Creloaded is OSC with a lot of these contributions added. The is also some similer builds too.

The idea is people will fill a form telling me what items they want and what price they are prepared to pay. All these "wants" are then listed on the web site for visitors to browse. Visitors can then click a button to repond to any want the think they can fill. Ideally this script would be able to slot into OSCommerce or CRELoaded shopping cart software. So it can introgate with the membership fields giving each member the option to list and respond to "wants". Any ideas or offers to code please and price.

When the page is viewed in the browser I don't see PHP that is what I see when I choose "view source" as you requested. I see a lot more then that but I cut out all the rest to show just that part.

Yes the is images in the database I'm using a full copy of a working site. Ok, I've gone into the old code and removed all the old image code and replaced it with your code. It's fixed the error so that's progress but still no image loads so for some reason the image is not being passed into the flash. Looking at the old code do you think using $product_info['products_image'] is still the right way to achieve that ? sorry to be so stupid but I don't code a lot.

Would the existing code still work as it does if it had a missing bracket ? the site is working fine all I've done is add your code to the bottom to prove it works before I make changes. I'm guessing the existing code has the missing bracket then and it's just ignored till I put your IF statment in, am I right on that ? Thanks for the help again.

No still gives the same error, messing around to see how far I can get - the code below shows the zoomable box but dosen't pull in the image.
