I use the 1024 resolution type, and your webpage is too large for my screen... Flashy colors don't look good on poor screens, and distract the user from the main content. The navigation links need some work. You don't use semantic code. You lack to exploit the advantage of CSS. What more can I say? Start from point 0 and start over. And just stick that image onto a canvas and send it in to a museum.... Edit: I didn't want to sound harsh, but seriously, it isn't functional from a web stance. :-\ Sorry.
