-jd-
Would the sites listed in the title use a CMS thats online, or would there be offline? How do you hide the login/password page so spiders can't find the cms for a smaller website? I would imagine this could help me with hacker prevention... Any help is appreciated Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/103965-myspace-cms-facebook-cms/ Share on other sites
zq29
Unless a spider is brute-forcing your website with common directory names in the hope of finding an admin login page, and you have no inbound links to it - It shouldn't be picked up by a spider. GingerRobot
It shouldn't really matter if they do anyway - thats the whole point of password protecting that kind of thing. Though it does of course still rely on you leaving sensitive information lying about. Daniel0
Indeed. You'd be surprised at how many people who are doing that though. I've been able to find some live cameras broadcasting to some web interface using Google. GingerRobot
Yeah, i guess with the sheer number of sites out there its inevitable some of them will be insecure. Looks like there are stacks of live cameras out there - some with panning and zooming features.
