I have seen that site's mention converting them to flash, any one know any good tutorials or codes, I will be uploading the videos throught an input form on the site, so i will need to convert into flash? Please attempt to figure it out yourself....a quick search brings some useful knowledge. You don't learn much by having someone do it for you.
