Hye I got a server setup on Linux Running Apache 2.0 PHP 5.2.5 And MySQL 4.1

And it doesnt parse PHP files anytime i try to connect to a php file it just wants me to download the thing.....i tried getting the phpinfo() I upload the file go to it and it just requests for me to download it....I've never had this kind of problem before and dont have access to the server itself, is there anything I can do remotely to fix this problem, as it seems its a problem with apache.

I found the fix for this.....

The designer that is working uploaded the .htaccess file....quess he though he knew what he was doing,

in short he disbaled th execution of php files....and allowed only .html files to be classified as index files....its great to work on a team sometimes...
