If I was in this situation, I would put everything inside a container div (box) similar to err......the Yell.com website.

This then compacts the information, so there is not to much wasted space. (By doing this also enable users using 800x600+ to view the website exactly the same ;)

Agreed that it needs some type of container.  My eye really doesn't know where to go.  Your logo in my opinion should be above you little breadcrumb navigation. While most hosting sites are ugly, yours just doesn't look reputable at all. Think in terms of a basic layout with a container, header, navigation, content, footer.
