TheFilmGod
I would like to send plain text email. No html or Rich text format (RTF). Everything works well, except the letter spacing. Outlook express and yahoo! mail all use different letter spacing for the plain text email. Is it possible to somehow control the letter spacing - like give each letter a fixed width? I just want the plain text email to show up like it does on Notepad. Thank you. .josh
isn't it just the [default] font style those programs use, that makes for different spacing? Anyways, there's no way to change the spacing unless you wanna use css but you said you want to send plain text so...yeah.. TheFilmGod
Thanks for your reply - it makes sense. However, isn't there SOME type of header you can send with the email to specify a certain font? This really limits what people see through the plain text version, and it's a bit unfortunate. .josh
eh, well I mean...trying to add flavor to it kind of defeats the purpose of plain text, now doesn't it?
