unable to bring the control from one page to another page through "Header(location:)

showing error like

 

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\apache\htdocs\smarty\demo\check_password.php:3) in c:\apache\htdocs\smarty\demo\check_password.php on line 27

you have already sent out output using echo or some other method just move the header() above any echo or other output besides headers
