Seriously, that question is like me asking a surgeon how to do a heart transplant because my grandma's ticker is on the fritz and I want to help her. Do you know PHP/MySql? Are you wanting someone to write it for you? (not going to happen here, unless you wanna pay me or someone for their time). Do you wish to learn so you can build it?
