Wuhtzu Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 Hey guys I have searched through the forum without finding a clean answer to this: Where did the old tutorials go (those from the old site)? When the main site was taken down (fore rebuilding) the tutorials were moved to the forum, am I right? There was a board called Tutorials or similar? What happened to those? I can understand if they weren't able to fit in the new site design / cms (due to database design or whatever), but why did they disappear from the forum - they could have been an archive... I think you'll find the ones that did make it to the forums just prior to the new site launch where only a select few and even those had issues. Wuhtzu Posted August 13, 2008 Author Share Posted August 13, 2008 okay, maybe it jut my memory, but I remember seeing all of the tutorials being moved to the forum :S Of course there were outdated tutorials among the old ones, but some of the tutorials containing rather small and simple scripts (A timer class for example) can always serve as inspiration because there isn't much to out date I guess it just a matter of getting some new tutorials written then. The old database is still fully intact and I have a complete dump on my laptop as well though.
