[SOLVED] Cant find parse error

I have an image link with a js call to show a tootip.

I have a parse error onhe first line.

Can anyone help please?

Check your quotes very carefully.

 

This doesn't have any parse error, but it might not be what you want:

I tried the following and it worked.So i now have 2 solutions.

Click on the "TOPIC SOLVED" button at the bottom left portion of the screen just above the "Quick Reply" area.
