xenophobia
Im creating a xmlsocket server using PHP5. The client are connect to the server using flash's object called: xmlsocket. My http server are using port 80, so I was wondering how am I going to make the xmlsocket server to listen on the same port(80) so that I can bypass the firewall rules on opening other port number. I was tried to put my xmlsocket server to listen on port80, while I type in this: "http://localhost/" The page keep loading.... And I check on my xmlsocket's server log, I get a client connected... It seems like the browser's are acted as an client that connect to my xmlsocket server but not the http server. Do you guys know what I mean? Any idea?? I knew that I found a tutorial on this in google, but I can't found it back. Thanks in advanced.
trq
You cannot run two services on the same port at the same time.
