trq
If your running Linux on the server simply ssh into the machine and do whatever you like.

trq
You coud setup an ftp server. This really has nothing at all to do with Apache.
BillyMako
ok no worries! Do you have a link you can send me to which will help me set this up?
trq
I'm not a windows user so can't really be of much help. Just google 'windows ftp server' or something simular.
corbin
Cerberus or Filezilla are decent FTP servers.
