departedmind
watch your posture. Sit in the chair like a CEO, not like a delivery boy Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/128821-interview/#findComment-667883 Share on other sites
waynew
Finished the interview ten minutes ago. I actually kept my posture in mind. I remember when I was sixteen, a manager told me that one of the most important things is to not put your hands on the table. Supposedly, they dont like that. JasonLewis
Hope it went well. I had an interview for a position in the Army not long ago. I just made sure I spoke confidently and when asked question's I would do more then just answer, I would expand on it and give as much info. Being enthusiastic helps as well, although it may differ when going for a job. Going for the Army means you need to be enthusiastic and what-not. Well anyway, hope the interview was a success. What were you applying for? If you don't mind me asking. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/128821-interview/#findComment-667890 Share on other sites

What were you applying for? If you don't mind me asking. It's work placement for college. I worked as a developer with a local company for two months of it; but I had a falling out with them over a few things that I found questionable. The interview today was for the International Students office. They have a few projects that they might want done. They liked my idea of an online "enclosed" social network for Post-graduates within the college; so that they can share notes effectively etc. Seemingly, they don't have an online resource like that yet. Went well. Happy with how it went. Quote Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/128821-interview/#findComment-668345 Share on other sites
