This line $q = "INSERT INTO users (email, pass, first_name, last_name, active, registration_date) VALUES ('$e', SHA1('$p'), '$fn', '$ln', '$a', NOW() )"; just needs to include the gold row, you should be able to do that yourself, but just in case here it is $q = "INSERT INTO users (email, pass, first_name, last_name, active, registration_date,gold) VALUES ('$e', SHA1('$p'), '$fn', '$ln', '$a', NOW() ,'100')";
berry05
yes the field name is called "gold" and where do i add that code? the registration page right? I added it to the bottom and registered and it did nothing..
DeanWhitehouse
No! Replace the variable $q with $q = "INSERT INTO users (email, pass, first_name, last_name, active, registration_date,gold) VALUES ('$e', SHA1('$p'), '$fn', '$ln', '$a', NOW() ,'100')";
